ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls.
· Organize and schedule appointments.
· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, faxing, scanning etc.
· Greet and assist visitors to the office.
· Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
· Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
· The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills
· Perform all other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
