We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the use of bonus miles and other rewards that clients want to use.
  • Organize large-scale events, including conferences and retreats, with up to 200 attendees.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues as they come up.
  • Advise current and prospective clients about destination options, including pros and cons of each.
  • Coordinate with client’s point-of-contact in days leading up to event or arrangement.
  • Coordinating departure flights, insurance policy and accommodation.

Qualifications:

  • Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • 18 years old and above
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.

Nice to have:

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Senior High School (Preferred)
