Position: Deputy Sales Operations Manager

Job purpose: Focus on keeping sales performance high and aim to make the sales process easy for sales person.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Refine, improve and implement sales and operation SOP
  • Oversee business processes, sales structure and sales & operation SOP
  • Make sure all branches' operational activities run efficiently
  • Improve sales performance management
  • Manage CRM data and other sales tools
  • Study business related data and information, share with sales team to increase their sales performance and increase company competitiveness
  • Ensure branch leaders perform their tasks and responsibilities
  • Oversee branch leader and sales team performance
  • Interview, train sales person and help train onboard new sales team members

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration / business marketing / business management or related field
  • At least 3 years experiences in business managerial role / leadership role
  • Problem-solving, collaboration, and multitasking skills
  • Advanced computing skills like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written in English
  • We NEED candidate able to speak and write other language beside English and BM.
  • Minimum working knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
