- Must have an experience in swimming pool construction/s.
- Oversee all phase of the construction swimming pool projects.
- Knowledgeable of masonry and concrete work.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
- Ability to receive, comprehend and communicate information and ideas clearly to staff and workers (subcontractors).
- Strong analytical skills in evaluating situations.
- Ability to read blueprints to determine requirements and to plan.
- Ability to manage multiple and work under pressure.
- Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Physically capable of various tasks consistent with a construction environment.
- Valid drivers license.
